Moving Forward in Faith: Reflecting on 140 Years of God's Faithfulness
“For 140 years, our church has been a beacon of hope in our community, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.”

Today, we take a moment to look back so we can boldly step into the future. From our humble beginnings in 1886 to our current home here in Door County, our mission has remained the same: to glorify God and make His love known throughout our community and beyond!

Think about the generations of families who have sat in these pews. How many baptisms, weddings, and lives transformed by the Gospel have taken place under this roof? We aren't just celebrating longevity; we are honoring a holy heritage of faith.

“Glorify God Among the Nations – Seeking Him in All Generations”

National Day of Prayer — May 7, 2026

Join St. Paul Lutheran Church as we observe the National Day of Prayer, a time for people of all faiths to come together in unified prayer for our nation. This year’s theme invites us to seek God’s guidance, healing, and peace for our leaders, communities, and families. Whether you pray silently, with others, or through song and scripture, your prayers matter. Come as you are—bring a heart ready to listen and to intercede. All are welcome. Details of our service and prayer gatherings will be shared at the church and during weekend worship.

A Massive THANK YOU to Our Clean-Up Day Volunteers!

Feeling incredibly proud of our church family today! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our All-Church Work Day.

Whether you pulled weeds, layed fresh mulch, planted flowers, and trimmed the trees, know this: what you did matters! You aren't just cleaning a building; you are laying a foundation for eternal work and ensuring our space is a warm, inviting environment for our community.

The property looks and better than it has in years, and all that was accomplished because of your servant hearts! We are so blessed to be part of a church family that works together with joy and excellence. Thank you for investing your time and talents to care for our church home!

Souper Bowl of Caring

In February, our Local Benevolence Team warmly invites you to participate in the SOUPER BOWL OF CARING to support our local food pantries with donations of nonperishable food items or monetary gifts.

St. Paul will also be accepting cash or check donations with your designated gifts in the offering plate, through on-line giving, or by placing contributions in the soup kettle located in the church entry.

THANK YOU for your GENEROSITY!!!
